Very nice big mug, but not black
These mugs are just what I was looking for - nicely made and large. They are not black, more of an extremely dark brown, which I prefer. The handle is comfortable and stays cool in the microwave. All in all, I’m very pleased with them!

Love these mugs
These mugs are the perfect size for my coffee. They are durable and I am a clutz and have dropped them. They are also pretty.

Quality issues
The first shipment I got had 2 broken mugs. The handles were completely broken off. Amazon resolved quickly with a replacement package, but I still had the inconvenience to return the broken mugs. All the mugs in the second box were ok until I started to use them. I have at least one mug with a sharp point, like a manufacturing burr at the bottom and I see another has slight paint cracking after a few uses. It's not worth my time to return again, but will never buy this brand again.
