I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, who is seven months old. It’s perfect and by far his favorite toy.Because he’s only seven months old, it’s not filled up all the way with balls. It’s about 1/3 filled and that took 300 balls. So FYI, 300 balls will fill it about 1/3 of the way.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the pit and let it fluff out. This comes in a small cylinder shape rolled up and stuffed in a box. When I first cut open the pacythe fabric was wrinkled and I was underwhelmed. I set it a side for a few say and when I pulled it out Christmas Eve to fill with balls everything smoothed out and filled in! The sides aren’t super sturdy so my 10 month old cane easily pull the sides down while trying to get in and out. It is large enough for my 10 month old to sit in while my 4 year old flops around a little. This is intended for my youngest and while my older will get in with the youngest I would not buy for kids older than 1or 2

I bought this as a gift for the first birthday of the daughter of a friend. She loves it! She has played with it during most waking hours since receiving the gift, and has even taken a nap inside it. I purchased a set of 100 small gray, pink and white balls to match the decor of her room, and I probably should have bought 200 instead since they are the smaller size. It is quite roomy inside the pit. Regardless of the number of balls I added, she is having a blast with it, and she loves to bring other toys into it with her as well.
