Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was on my daughter in laws gift list so I was more than happy to gift this to her. The dishes were packed well and there was no breakage. They look as advertised, the black color was dark and moody and she loved them! The dishes are very durable and fun enough to use every day,

Usually when buying from brands I don't recognize I expect things to be a bit less than expected but these are every bit as beautiful as the pictures! They're very well made (no imperfections in the playrs/mugs themselves or the finish) and packed exceptionally well! For such a unique set, I was amazed by the affordable price too! They're not as heavy as I expected them to be, which was a nice surprise for ceramic dinnerware.

My daughter put these on her wedding registry and they are really nice. The spider web and spider detail are well done and add a bit of drama to the set. They appear to be well made and solid.

Day of: gorgeous, feel great. One of the small plates has multiple chips and I don't see an option to contact the seller to get a single plate resent. I'll update later for durability.

These are a truly lovely set of dishes for the dark hearted. The spiderweb detail is subtle and you’ll find the cute web spinner on the generously sized mugs. One of my salad plates arrived chipped, despite the secure packaging. I received a prompt reply from customer service and had a replacement within two days. Very pleased and would buy from Nomnu again.

These are amazing. Pictures in description give no justice. So much better in person. Very delicate and packed to keep from mishaps. Although i had ONE salad plate with a chip, everything arrived timely and impeccablr! As soon as I emailed about the chipped plate one was delivered practically overnight!!

SO WHAT HAD HAPPEN WAS...I ORDERED THIS SET AND HIGHLY ANTICIPATED ITS DELIVERY. WHEN I RECEIVED IT ONE OF THE SMALL PLATES WAS BROKEN AND I WAS SO SAD. NOW IN THE BOX IS A LITTLE NOTE FROM NOMNU SAYING IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE DELIVERY, OR STATUS OF THE ITEMS IN THE BOX TO EMAIL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW. SO I TOOK PIX OF THE DAMAGE AND EMAILED THEM A LITTLE NOTE. NO LESS THAN 48 HOURS LATER THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING THEY WERE SENDING OUT REPLACEMENTS NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. I WISH AMAZON HADNT BEEN SO ROUGH WITH THE PACKAGE TO BEGIN WITH BUT THEN I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN HOW AWESOME NOMNU'S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT PEOPLE ARE. I bought these mainly because I like spiderwebs-but also for a Halloween dinner. They are much better looking in reality; photos do not do justice to the quality. They are heavy, dishwasher and microwave safe. The downside--the bowls are small and shallow. I measured; they will hold about 8 ounces of soup--or a small side salad. Ok for a starter but not really large enough for a full meal stew. I also bought the matching butter dish-had to have it. Overall very pleased.
