Merrell Men's Moab 3 Waterproof Hiking Shoe

There's a reason this is the Number One hiker. They are super comfortable yet supportive, light, and have great grip. I'm a life long avid hiker, and swear by Merrill's, the nearest typical competitor are the Keen's which are heavier, clunkier, and frankly rather precious these days with the message printing on the insoles and the overall crunchy granola attitude of the company. Just give us a sold, well made boot at a reasonable price..wait, Merrill does that. Highly recommended, get the waterproof version for added protection .

Comfortable, high quality shoes. They are my husbands favorite walking shoe.

This is my second pair of Moab. Fits very comfortably. No break-in needed. I get heel pain (I'm still recovering from plantar faciitis) with a regular trainer of another brand, but this Moab 3 seems to alleviate that discomfort and gives better stability while walking. Sole grip is good, which is much needed when walking down steps.

Fit as expected. They out lasted my ozark trail shoes. Feel heavy offer great traction feel good and supportive in all conditions.

I’ve had these shoes for a while now and most definitely put them thru their paces. They are as comfortable and supporting as the day I started wearing them. The size I purchased is 12, and they fit exactly as I expected they should. The color is grey and understated, which is what I prefer in a daily shoes. They have excellent slip resistance and the waterproof is working well. Shoe is a definite buy again for me 2hen I want another pair.

NOT water proof! Water resistent, but I also sprayed a can of sealer on them. They tend to stink ( my 4th pair), they grip as well as any shoe, and they are comfy right out of the box. Expect a year or so before the glue on the toe box begins to fail. Look for GTX (gortex) vs just water proof and your feet will stay dry. Spend the extra $$$

Merrell's have become my new favorite shoes. I love the hiking type. They hold up well, and they fit! A 12.5 is the perfect size for me and most brands don't carry size 12 1/2. I used to get 13s but they were a sloppy fit. The Merrell's fit perfectly, wear well, and are comfortable. I just ordered another pair for my son.

I've bought Merrell hiking shoes and boots for many years and have always had a positive experience with their products. These latest hiking shoes are no exception. Well-made as always, comfortable from the outset, waterproof (I've tramped through muddy water in them without my socks/feet getting wet), and wide fitting in my case. I'm delighted with my purchase and will continue to buy Merrell in the future.

I use Merrell hiking shoes for years. Never went wrong. The only slight draw back with this model is that while the knobs are quite aggressive and give you a lot a grip on a trail they are not the best for driving. It is best to change shoes before hitting the road

The shoes is very comfortable. It doesn’t even need to be broken in. Arrived earlier than scheduled.
