The adapter was pretty easy to set up using the instructions. It functions as advertised. My ethernet devices (cameras and a back-up hard drive) now work with a router that has no ethernet ports. I'm very pleased with the adapter.

This is a good product and I am sure it would work well if you need a signal booster . It was not what I thought I ordered. I was looking for a usb plug in to get wireless Wi-Fi. The company took the return and gave me credit for it without any problem.

Product was purchased and used as a client and extender for a printer. Was easy to set up and performed perfectly for 3 weeks. Then the device abruptly stopped working. Attempts to recover included resetting and reinstalling device on network. However, the device refuses to connect to my existing Wi-Fi network. Home wi-fi has not been altered or changed n any way. This is obviously an unacceptable level of quality and a huge waste of money. Not Recommended!

I was skeptical of this item, but tried it because the only option was to get a new printer. My existing printer is a Brother MFC type circa 2010 and it works very well, except for the WiFi, which has been a complaint of users since it was new. I had been using the WiFi with an older router and it worked, but frequently lost connection. I recently installed a WiFi7 router and the printer would no longer connect. When I installed this adapter, it connected to the router quickly and I used its wired output to connect to the printer. The printer now responds quickly and has not skipped a beat.

I wasn't able to set up the internet using WPS, It just wouldn't connect using WPS. However I was able to set up and connect using web browser. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow, my adapter is about 25 feet from my main wireless router, Speed test using wireless is about 270 Mbps, however the speed drops to 90 Mbps using this adapter. For my purpose the speed of 90 Mbps is more than adequate. I do recommend this WiFi to Ethernet adapter.

Highly Recommend!! I have QuantumFiber Internet Provider. My house was built with their gateway/router system pre-installed into my unfinished basement wall. This makes it impossible to add any device (VOiP phones or other devices by ethernet cable). There is no where to put the device for one thing, and for the other, there are no outlets to plug the other devices into. The ioGiant SOLVES this problem! I plugged the ioGiant into an outlet in my office on the 2nd floor. I then followed the directions to send the signal from the gateway/router to the ioGiant device. It did take a while and several trips up and down the stairs, pressing each devices WPS buttons, but the end result was a strong, steady connection! I was then able to plug the ethernet cord (comes with the ioGiant) into both the ioGiant and the VOiP adapter provided by QuantumFiber and plug in a landline internet phone system that goes throughout the house. I can also plug a fax machine line into this and us my fax machine. To be able to use both outlet plugs, I placed the ioGiant on the bottom outlet and used a 3 sided extender plug on the top so that I could also plug in my backup battery. I have recommended this product to QuantumFiber for their customers.

Would not connect to WiFi. I would like to return it.
