Apple iPad Pro 10.5in - 256GB Wifi - 2017 Model - Gray (Renewed)

This came in excellent shape and is working flawlessly. My mom is loving it!

I originally ordered a new iPad from another source and it hadn't been shipped after a week and a half. So I looked for a refurbished one and found a great value. When I ordered it it shipped the next day and arrived within 3 days. it was in excellent condition. No issues at all, battery was strong, screen looked great, so scratches or dents and they provided a screen protector and shell case for free. Great experience highly recommended.

We bought it for Christmas but didn't get it set up right away because it was for an on line class that started at the end of January. The battery at 100 percent won't last for my son's 45 minute zoom meeting. I didn't expect it to have a brand new battery life but working for a full hour shouldn't be too much to ask. While the apps and everything work fine it is basically useless for our purposes.

I needed an inexpensive tablet to set up like an iPhone and download rehabilitation apps for my brother that recently suffered a stroke. This tablet has no flaws and works perfectly. I purchased a case for it that was ‘kid friendly’ so that my brother could hold it in his hand with a handle. Definitely would buy again!!!!

The package arrived prior to the scheduled. The device was in a brown box with nice protection, although some dirt covers the product... and also come with a generic accessory as the seller told. but it is too generic that the device even cannot recognize the accessory "the accessory is not supported" showed on the device when I plugged in. You can also see the assembly quality of the charger is too poor that they don't really fit with each other. Overall, the exterior of the device is pretty good with only limited searches, which is fair enough considering its price. It's worth buying if you are okay with some scratches and you also got your own old cable and charger. And about the poor charger and cable, Amazon and the seller are willing to send me a replacement.

I am so glad I bought from this seller instead of getting a refurbished one through Apple. I spent less on this IPad (a pro w/ 256gb), an otter box, and a 4 year full coverage insuance plan, than if I tried getting the iPad from Apple (without AppleCare or any case)! It’s crazy when you think about it. Not to mention that this ships very quickly! It took a bit to process, but after it shipped it only took a day to reach me. And the product you receive is amazing. There wasn’t a scratch or dent on it and runs beautifully. I can’t wait to play with it more! If I ever need to replace or upgrade from this one, I will definitely be ordering from this seller again.

It was working and hadn’t realized it had issues; it Arrived earlier than expected but for some reason it will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth it keeps dropping the connection and is super slow and shouldn’t be I will be reaching out to customer service and see what can be done. Update: After talking with the seller and customer service, I was able to send back the problem one and get a replacement and haven’t experienced any issues since. Extra fast 2 day shipping and great customer support!! Update 3/2025: Still working, only issues are a few glitches with Apple Pencil or not responding touchscreen properly but goes away once power button is double clicked

Bought this in March 2022. Its now Sept 2023. So worked good for a year ? Ish. Started glitching around July. Turns off and back on without touching it. Barley charges and if it does it just flicks on / off. Was used for a kids game pad / movies. Nothing too much. Died anyway. So yea. Not buying used again.

El IPad llegó en buenas condiciones, pero no lo pueden reinstalar porqué tiene una cuenta de iCloud. Veré si puedo conseguirla.

Extremely pleased with this 10.5 - 256gb wifi Apple Pro iPad. This was my 1st experience with refurbished products and I would do so any time. This product arrived in generic packaging w/o any instruction guides etc. But his matters not bec@use the iPad has NO SIGNS OF PREVIOUS USE!! The screen is scratch free and the pixels are 100%. It runs smoothly with quick response- everything you’d like xpect from an Apple pro$uct without inflating pricing. If you’re looking for electronics I would definitely recommend researching refurbished products. I’m so glad that I did.

Es muy buena, parece nueva solo que la batería tarda muchísimo en llenarse, puede estar media hora conectada y solo cargar 5% además de que los primeros días casi la devuelvo porque el cargador que venía incluido al parecer daña o le hace algo al puerto de carga que se pone en “audífonos” imposibilitando el sonido, al final resultó ser el cable que venía de cargador y lo cambié por el de mi iPhone, solo que no debería haber sido así. Fuera de eso es muy buena y práctica, realmente solo la uso para dibujar y ver series.
