I've been taking this probiotic for 4 months now and have decided NEVER to do without it! This probiotic is unique in the way it contributes to overall gut health and how having enough of Akkermansia muciniphila in your intestines is important, according to the clinical research I've read. You can have your gut microbiome tested to see if taking this probiotic might be of interest to you or you can go by symptoms you're experiencing in relation to what research shows having low levels of Akkermansia is related to. If you want to know the specifics, just research the benefits of Akkermansia muciniphila or read some published medical or clinical research on the subject and good health to you.

Kinda middle ground on this one. I’m trying different collagen products and this one feels like it’s not really good but not the worst. It has a fruit punch flavor, and it drops to the bottom with stirring so (?) it’s easy to take with you and add to whatever-
