Lights stop working within a few weeks , when I asked where I could purchase new lights they replaced the whole item. Very unexpected but very much appreciated, that is the definition of customer service.

When I received the palm tree it worked great, it made my patio look like an oasis. BUT after three weeks the palm tree stopped lighting even through the charger was fully charged. Amazon said that I could not return it. I have sent several messages to the seller with no response.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The customer service that I received from this company was absolutely phenomenal!! I had reached out a few days ago to inform them that my solar palm had shorted out only after a few months of purchase. Right away I was contacted by a customer service representative who offered to make things right. They were friendly, helpful, and were very concerned about the quality that I had received. Within days, the company sent me a new *Updated version of the solar palm that I had initially purchased. It's so beautiful. I hope that this one last because it is gorgeous. The lights are bright, they last longer than the original (about 10+ hours or so) and seem to work on less of a charge. I'm so pleased with this company and would definitely order again if given the opportunity.

Only complaint is you can’t turn it on when you want . Only comes on when real dark out

Bought 2 of these. Had several good comments on their looks. A few months in, a section on one no longer worked. Wasn't too noticeable, so just let it go. Right around a year old, it died completely. Within a week, the other one died too. Wouldn't purchase again. Additionally, they would stay on for most of the night. Within a few months, they would only stay on for an hour to 2. Haven't done any troubleshooting to determine if it is a light or connection issue or if the batteries are the problem.

I feel my back yard was needing them. The palms makes it feel like an Oasis.

Love it on steady setting

I loved this palm tree it was bright, multiple settings and exactly what I wanted. I wanted one of these palm trees for years, and finally purchased, for it to completely stop working after only one month. I purchased in May, while my deck was being built, they finished in July so I didn't use until July. Now, I am passed the return window and have sent a message 2 weeks ago and they still have not responded. So disappointed!
