I have a number of areas on our property that are overgrown with substantial amounts of scrub brush, grape vines, wild raspberries, Sumac trees and various small trees to remove. There was so much to remove I was convinced that the blade would dull relatively quickly, so I purchased 2 of them. After many hours of use, upon inspection the original blade remains very sharp, and still works extremely well. It is very efficient tool, and a large amount of brush can be cut quickly. I swing it from side to side for best results. You must use extreme caution when using this tool, I wear a hard Hat with a full mask screen and hearing protection and leather gloves.

Works like advertised! Cuts work time.

I’ve tried several types of blades trying to cut down 8 years worth of overgrown property. This Renegade blade serves me best. It really slices through 3” thick kudzu like butter, and the blades came quick. This addition turns your weedeater into a vicious buzzsaw that has no mercy on vegetation. Avoid rocks, stones, fences and metal to make your blade last longer. And please be safe using it. It will cause serious injury if caution is not exercised.

This cuts through small trees and brush like hot knife through butter and stays sharp! (just don't hit metal fencing or a t-post and they last a loonnggg time.)

It’s works perfect. Just as described and as videos showed! I was really surprised how well it went through brush. Was able to clear a large area with two people pulling the brush I was cutting they couldn’t keep up.

Cleared a fence row of privot hedge and sweet gum saplings quickly on day 1 with this blade whereas it took my a long time to clear a small section by hand before. Easy to install, clears out brush fast, and affordable to replace when it gets worn down. Accidentally cut through barbwire a few times but it still kept going

Amazing blade. Used it on my STIHL FS 131 for clearing trails through dense bush. At first I used the stihl chisel blade which i can re sharpen, but I found that it 1. Needed resharpening after a few hours of work and 2. Was never quite as good after the first sharpen. Call me lazy but I’d rather use the carbide tipped disposable blade and just run it till it blows. I use it to cut mainly young hardwood trees such as wild apple, Hawthorne, maple, elm, poplar, birch. It is also good I’m thick grass and doesn’t seem to get tangled. You have to be careful of rocks but I have yet to break any teeth. My plan is to clear with newer blades and save them once they dull or lose a few teeth for later. I can use the old ones for cutting the stump heads below grade and not worry about ruining a new blade. These blades became unavailable for a while due to Trump’s trade war with China and the steel tariffs, but thankfully they’re back.If Renegade is listening, move your operations to Canada and deals with China from here!My only con to this product is that there isn’t a bulk pack of these blades on Prime. If you visit their website, they have all sorts of bulk and wholesale buying options. Would it be so hard to have a 3 pack for a small discount?

I put this blade on a low cost straight shaft string trimmer (against the recommendations in the manual) and it turned into a MONSTER!!!! I think it runs great on the smaller <30cc trimmers because its super sharp and doesn't weigh very much, so it doesn't bog the engine down. I highly recommend this blade for anyone looking to trim woody brush up to a few inches in diameter.

the best blade i have used for clearing. Cut's 2 inch trees like butter. Would have purchase 2 more but was BO..guess it is victim of it success

Had to buy brush trimmer attachment for my Troy bilt to properly mount this blade but works awesome
