Are these ok for side sleepers?

They seem to work best for me. The normal earplugs don’t touch my husband’s snoring, but these do😀

Are these ear plugs comfortable to wear? I have tried lots of different types and cannot seem to find anything comfortable for sleeping.

I’ve only tried them once and they were reasonably comfortable but not particularly effective unfortunately. I’m back on cotton wool which I find is more effective than anything else I’ve tried!

Are these breathable? The usual plugs leave me with sore ears and glands feeling bunged up..trying to avoid that but block out sound

I don’t think you’ll find many that are breathable as then the sound can come through.
