King Size Pillow Top Divan 28cm Deep Mattress 2 Drawers and Headboard

I am over the moon with this bed it is so super comfortable, and I have had such great relaxing sleep. I would highly recommend this bed and for the price it is amazing, I covered the headboard with some pretty material to match the colour of my bedroom, there is nothing negative I can say about the bed. 100% top quality.

I have owned beds seven times (Yes 7) the price of this, that offered all the blah blah about the reason they were selling for a few grand, and this bed matches the comfort of those so called superior beds at a snip of the price. I'm 6ft 4. 17stone and really appreciate the bed firstly for the height it is. When fully assembled, it measures 67cm or 26.5 inches from floor to laying surface of mattress which makes it effortless to step out of rather than having to push yourself up and out of. It's very comfortable indeed for my length and weight. Initially when I unwrapped the two part divan, I was a little sceptical about its strength to be honest. The top of the divan is a sheet of hardboard well supported by wood, then covered with material. It is not a sprung divan. Nevertheless, that fear that it maybe a weak design was banished once I put the whole bed together and slept soundly night after night. The soft foam filled headboard when attached to the divan using standard wooden attachments, stands 119cm or just under 47inches high. It's a really decent bed that makes me wonder why I used to splash big cash out in the past. Hope this review helps. :-)

Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The mattress is good and firm (I have an old sports injury which flares up in my lower back so this is vital) and the memory foam pillow topper is amazing. We bought the super king size and it's amazingly luxurious and properly proportioned at 6 feet width and 6 feet by 6 feet 5 length. Perfect for tall people... My husband, myself and our bed hogging Lab can all sleep on it with plenty of wriggle room. It looks very smart with the headboard too. Assembly for the amateur is a bit of a challenge. No instructions. It's way easier than slats when you see what needs doing though, just time consuming figuring it out with no instructions. So: The headboard has stickers on the back indicating where you can push screws through. There are pre drilled holes but beneath the fabric on the back. Best to orientate headboard so these holes are on the bottom not the top. You will need a decent screwsriver to tighten. The two large screws are to screw the board into the mattress and again this is not self evident. The holes in the mattress are plugged with two plastic screws which you need to locate and prise out before you can affix the headboard. This has flummoxed many buyers and took me a while to figure out. Finally you need to remove the gold screws in the sides of the divan base to fix and tighten the two brackets to join the two halves of the divan. The wheels don't screw in so don't waste time trying, they rather pop in when the weight of the bed bears down on them. I placed the bed on the floor and just lifted each corner of the base, slid the wheel into the hole then dropped the base onto the wheel until it popped in and then is firm. In order, best to: Unwrap Pop in wheels Join divan bases with brackets Then headboard Then put mattress on. Hope this helps.

I left my review for 3 months to test bed i bought for £242 in dec 2018, I have to say this bed has stood up to my 18-19 stone very well... The mattress is comfortable as pillow tops usually are, and the 2 drawers are strong and work fine, the bed is not a high class DFS or BENSONS FOR BEDS etc but it does not cost £600-£1000 either so i am happy to give bed a 5/5 based on price and how bed looks and is still solid for my big weight...

Easy of assembly, beautiful

I ordered the bed on the 27th Dec 2019 through Amazon the product was provided by Bed Centre, the first Devan base and drawers were badly damaged and replaced nearly two weeks later so it was mid January before the bed could be assembled and used the mattress was cozy but too soft considering this is supposed to be orthopedic. I have just asked Bed Centre actually one week under 12 months from final delivery to rectify the problems of the mattress being lumpy and unusable and the bed making a cracking noise ( bad materials used to manufacture) only to be told it's out of manufacturers warranty so nothing they can do,,,,, don't waste your money shop elsewhere.....

The bed overal is quite comfortable, arrived with a big black stain on headboard . Joins didn’t reach . The company did offer to resend another bed but not worth the Hassall as I’m sure they all made poorly ..
