Love this printer, easy instructions on how to connect to your phone and computer to print, great value for money, good printing quality, good performance, A4 printing just as I expected. Nice size that fits anywhere.Just one thing you cannot do is laminate thermal paper

After reading a number of reviews, I was slightly hesitant about the purchase. It’s smaller than I expected, which is a plus and it’s printing fast and with great clarity. what more can you ask for?The supplied thermal paper roll isn’t quite A4. But is neat and excellent for printing on the go.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s really practical for those documents you need to print off and file away. The thermal laser makes printing so quick. About 10-15 seconds per page depending. Comes with the roll inside already. Only annoying thing is the paper does tend to roll back so I won’t be purchasing another roll after this as you can feed the paper from the rear.I’m glad I didn’t go for a known expensive brand which would’ve essentially done the same job!Comes with usb-c cable and usb adapter. Just charge it for a while and then it’s good to go for portable use.Print quality is good. Easy to set up via the app and gives you different printing quality options. Definitely recommend

Great little printer

The Printer despite following all instructions when it came to printing only blank pieces came out 3 attempts now I charged it I placed the rolled paper correctly I press the power on for a couple of secondsI had downloaded the appFound the Printer Entered details inUploaded what i wanted Pressed print Yet a completely blank paper came outFew more adjustments and more attempts yielding zero results just more blanks papers just wastedI put my faith in jadens only to be let down paid a lot of money for this

Great price, does exactly what it says. No space, don’t worry it’s portable and so easy to use.

I travel most weeks and often need to print customs papers and this printer does it effortlessly. Connecting to my mobile is simple and fast and the quality of print is great, clear and rapid.

I have used it so many times already, more than I thought I would, and it works every time. Set up was very easy, download the app and follow the steps. I'm not a big fan of the rolled paper, very happy with the folded paper. Small and easy to store and works great.

Works great. Easy setup on a new inexpensive HP laptop running Windows 11. I use Pirate Ship and no problem printing low-cost generic 4x6 thermal labels. The printer came new, well pack with power cord, USB cable, MacBook converter that I didn't need and a thumb drive with instructions and video but I didn't need these either. I downloaded the driver from the mfg website. Quick and easy installation. I had already turned off all of the Windows 11 prompting nonsense. This made the installation of the driver super easy.

Once set up this printer works great.It was a bit of a pain getting the install done right but that could just be down to my incompetence. The instructions were pretty good and once you get the Bluetooth sorted it is awesome, it saved me a vital USB port on my laptop so I can continue to use my regular printer for non-label stuff.I'd definitely recommend putting the print settings to highest quality and a slower speed as if you have max speed and lowest quality the print looks faded.Even at the slowest print speed it churns labels out faster than you'll be able to apply them.Overall this is great and definitely recommended. It has saved me so much time and I just wish I'd bought it a couple of years ago!
