No this is not a Silkstone Barbie. It came out with the first three Lord of the Rings movies.

I've never taken her out of the box. Most Barbie arms don't bend, so I'd guess, no.

Does she have pointed ears?

Yes she does, she is a beautiful rendition of the actual actor that played Galadriel in the movie. Even her gown envokes the same glory of the character.
