You can play by yourself or with others. You can play it as a game or just pick a variety of cards to practice a set of skills. Great Gift
Got this for my niece for Christmas. She's just beginning but absolutely loves gymnastics so this is perfect for her! It's great that this expansion pack can be played without having the base game. Great way for her to start with some new things. I didn't take a pic before wrapping it but Shuffle Up expansion is about the same depth as a regular deck of cards & probably about as big as my hand (height & width), so good amount of cards & big enough to have good detail & tips! I can't wait for her to open it!

Make conditioning fun!!!
I got the set for gymnastics for my team. They love it!! There are so many game options and even you and your team can use the cards to make up games. It has added a BIG element of fun to conditioning and leaves the girls laughing and having a good time rather than groaning. It’s also great for when a gymnast is recovering from an injury and can’t do all elements. They can take the box of cards to their station and work through lots of different exercises. I love this set and highly recommend!

My kids love these cards
It’s a great concept to keep a variety of challenges. I know very little about gymnastics, but the instructions were clear on each card. This motivates my competitive kids to work on gymnastics at home.I recommend because I did not have to research exercises to help my kids and the cards have suggested reps by skill level.
