Better than I expected. Almost better than the original ones that come with the headset
If you have one of the older Sony headsets and the ear pads are completely worn out because they're a little bit old. I still have the xm3s and I almost got rid of them because the earcups were just that bad. After a few years. After buying these, the headset completely fills new again. The noise canceling works as well as it did from day one because the earcups are actually full of padding. This is a very great way to keep those headphones going, whether you're going to work out with them or whether you're using them for flights or just whatever the use case may be even walking around in the park or anything. These are amazing

Perfect replacement for worn out ear pads
This is the perfect replacement for the worn out ear pads. They are comfortable and easy to install. I have worn them for hours and have found that the cooling gel does its job. Very comfortable.

Adequate Replacement
The original ear cups had degraded to the point where the screen was coming loose from the leather, bunching up and causing the ANC to go crazy. They'd also gotten a bit gross, including the foam.It's nice that this includes the foam as well, and a tool to remove the ear cups - although the plastic that this tool was made from was weak and ended up deforming (but it got the job done in the end). Ear cups themselves seem very similar to the original. Material is a little different but effectively feels the same when on my head. A little firmer but that could be chalked-up to being new vs. the few year-old ones that came off.
