Egan's Fundamentals of Respiratory Care 13th Edition

This book was exactly what I needed for my schooling! It saved me so much money by purchasing from Amazon rather than off the school website! Thanks Amazon!

I’m a respiratory therapy student and Egan’s has been used in a few of my classes so far. It came in brand new condition and love that it also contains an access code for the digital version. It is a huge textbook so I’ll be using the physical textbook at home. Access code for the ebook version is on the inside portion of the book cover. As stated, this one is NOT the hardback cover. Shipping was fast.

The pages need to be numbered correctly, page 1 is supposed to start at chapter 1, not on the cover page. Chapter 1 begins on page 60 and page 61 is not even there. If you cite this book (most likely you will) then you will get points deducted for citing the incorrect page number.

I got the book and it says I can access it online but no clear instructions…

The book is huge and very heavy so it’s useless for me but the digital download would have been perfect except1. the ONLY platform available which is one I had never heard of. In theory, the platform is great, HOWEVER, it doesn’t work smoothly.2. You can only download on 2 devices (which is reasonable). If you want to download to a different device, you have to remove it from one that it is already on, but it doesn’t tell you which device you’re removing it from (I DL’d to 2 different generations of iPads and it doesn’t let you know which generation you’re removing, just lists 2 iPads)3. The “help” info on the reading platform if downloads to is no help at all.4. Very few feature on reading platform and none of them work consistently.
