It's good and sturdy

Great, but small
I bought two of these, planning to use them for cereal. They are completely unsuitable for that, unless you're merely wishing to take a couple bowls with you into work. The dimensions and volume are given and as there is nothing to scale the photo by I can hardly complain that the container is pretty damn small, but the insinuation that it could take a bag of cereal is definitely wrong.However, the container is sturdy and see-through, so you can immediately tell what is inside. It also has a very useful twist opening, allowing easy access to and pouring of the contents. The lid is easy to remove for filling. We use ours for risotto rice, but they could easily be used for anything else that you have a small-ish bag of, such as pasta or small sweets.

As my previous two reviews regarding these containers they are really good and I keep all sorts of things in them

Product is not that in the picture
The pot is good, however 12x18cm is far smaller than the one in the picture. Perfectly functional though, and feels like it will last a while.
