Sound quality is great and are easy to use. Got these for manufacturing tours. Functionality is good for our needs. I do wish there was a smaller package option with quick shipping but had to get in a pinch.

This is indeed great for a quieter environment if you're going to use the provided ear pieces. We resorted to plugging in ear buds for a car factory on this set because it was too noisy for the other ones. Make no mistake, the audio quality is just fine, and so is the range, but the provided ear pieces are a bit on the cheesy side and could be improved. You have to adapt other headphones to these in any environment that is noisy. As far as connection, there was very clear audio, so that worked perfectly the whole time. Very easy to use, and long range on this. Group was very happy, and the batteries have always lasted the entire sessions we've done. So, all around very good and worth the purchase.

This set has good quality sound and no problems with signal.

The units are all individually packaged so it takes some time to get everything set up. I found the receivers all well built and decently presented. The sound comes clear through and the earpieces are not uncomfortable. The charging cradle holds each unit securely. Transmitter works well and seems to have a decent range. Well at least 50 feet with a crisp clear signal. The microphone doesn’t seem like much but it works well enough. This is perfect for taking a group through a library or a museum where you need to be somewhat quiet and you need to make sure that everyone can hear you. Considering the price you get a lot for your money. I can definitely recommend this. I’m well familiar with these kind of electronics so the fact that it didn’t have a manual didn’t bother me. There was some kind of QR code that I didn’t bother to scan. Functions are very self-explanatory.

The is one excellent quality tour guide audio set in my opinion! The transmitter and receivers are well made and durable, and the sound quality and noise reduction are both excellent. The range is also very good with no dropouts or interference in the audio signal. I like that all the units are rechargeable and that the charger can handle the recharge process of all of them at the same time. So far, I am very impressed with this system, so it receives the top five star rating and recommendation from me for sure!

I work with the seniors and do workshops on cyber security for them, how to be safe with phones and scam etc. I got this set because some of the seniors have hearing issues This system works well but I replaced the ear set with light weight headphones The ear set provided is very hard for seniors to use, it fits over the ear and is uncomfortable, since it balances on the ear. All the weight is on the ear and very easy to fall off Regular headset are better since it sits on the head (see photo) However, a second speaker will draw more power

This tour guide system arrived in a generic box with a bunch of smaller boxes inside. By this method, the contents seemed pretty well protected. I could not find a user's manual or instructions. I had to scan a QR code that was display on each of the smaller boxes. I scanned it on my phone and that took me to the Retekess site. Then I clicked in "Inquiry" at the bottom. Then scrolled down to "after sales support" where I found a link for user's manual saying "Click Here". Then, I clicked on the model and entered my email where they send the downloadable copy. I guess times are changing... Anyway, The transmitter and receivers seem well built and effective. The transmitter headset is thin and flexible. The receiver earpieces are well designed, allowing for effective cleaning between cycles. Overall, I would recommend this set.
