Great quality for price pictures are amazing

I'll upload a video later but I wanted to mention a few things I've noticed after using this gadget for a while now.Cable: It's NOT proprietary. It's a standard micro USB. If you lose the cable, just dig out another one from your closet or drawer.Clip: The clips are absolute total and complete garbage. If you end up being able to use the clips, I say freaking congrats. The placement is wacky so it's unstable, even if you manage to get it clipped somewhere. It's so tight that anything you CAN clip it in would be far too thin to support it. Unless you're clipping it onto sheet metal or something. My purse flap or leash? No. Too thick. And it's so tiny that holding it becomes a challenge. That said, if you can manage a way to get it affixed, you're golden. But it's not very discreet. So there's that.Runtime: It appears that it runs for 25 minutes before shutting off when going on the battery. However, if you plug it into a powerbank, it will keep running. When I've done this, I've shut it off in between needs, so it doesn't overheat. If it's left on, I imagine it could over heat because it can get hot when it runs for a long time.Review: Reviewing is simple. Plug it in and go to your file manager. Click the brand, then movies. The files are there. I didn't need to download any additional player, it ran on MS player.Quality: The quality is Great for the money. I like that you can see a wide angle. I wish the sound quality was better, but that's ok. My biggest gripe really is the clip. It's aggravating.Overall, I'm really pleased with this cam. That said, if I found another for a little more with a better clip I'd ditch this one in an instant.

My window for return expired or it would be going back. As many of the reviews which I neglected to read before purchase because I needed something quickly. The clips are useless. They don’t hold tightly. Camera easily came off several times. It is not steady at all. Maybe a twisting and locking clip would be more useful. The camera would get hot to the touch while on. Unable to view footage without a computer on the road. An app for the phone would be useful. The on and off switch would be better if it was a push button. Do not purchase if you need it to record situations that may occur quickly. At this point turning on your camera to recorded would be faster. Wish o could get my money back.

I own at least half dozen Boblov bodycams. Just when I thought I had the perfect one I tried this one and WOW. Absolutely has to be the easiest foolproof operation. All you do is flip up the on/off switch (which is the ONLY switch on one side) to turn on and then flip down to off. Can do just by feel. I was able to connect via USB cable direct to my iPhone (its a micro-USB, and wish it was USB-C but hey…) and can view and manage the videos right on my phone. Its way smaller than any of the other cameras and the way the clips are designed it can stay very close to your body and won’t move around. Of course helps to wear the right garment (I have vests with molle webbing which works perfect and keeps camera very secure). This is now my everyday bodycam.

I needed a body camera because I have a violent neighbor and need evidence for some of the problems he causes. I bought this because it seemed simple to use. It's okay and it takes good video, but I'm not sure I would recommend it. Here's why:1. It is top heavy and not well balanced. It didn't work well in my pocket, as it flopped from side to side and moved too much. I need to make sure it's pointing to my neighbor if he comes out and causes trouble.2. There is no place to attach a lanyard, so I had to make shift a way to attach one. Again, that didn't work, as the camera kept spinning around sideways. I need it to point forward!3. The instructions need to be better.4. Date and time stamping need to be included as a built-in feature, not as a cludgy additional step. As it stands now, you need to go to the internet, download a pice of software, connect your camera to the computer, and configure the date/time stamp feature. I was able to figure it out, but it wasn't exactly conventient, and many people would not put up with this.5. For my purposes, the "record" button needs to be a push button and not a slider button.My need for a body camera is unique, and I need to know that it is pointing to the subject accurately, and I need to be able to start recording immediately! If your needs for a body cam are different and more basic, this camera may work well for you.I hope this helps.

I ordered this product for a body camera for documentation. I wore this around the house, mowing the lawn, just going out to check the mail. I wanted to see how it holds up to different situations and see the quality of the camera as well as the sound. How they designed how the camera attaches to clothing or anything else. Is a big misstep and it doesn't attach or clip how it should. When walking, leaning, bending down moving fact. the camera bonuses all over the place and you need to keep adjusting the camera in order for it to not tilt sideways or to keep it upright. When viewing the video footage and play back. The video you're watching is bonusing everywhere you start getting disey from all that. The quality of the video and sound, Amazing.

This is probably a good camera but I had to return it for one reason - the only way to view the recordings is to connect and download the files to a computer (no phone app) so 1) you cannot monitor the view of what’s being recorded in real time, and 2) there is a time lag until you can view your video. Not helpful for emergency situations when you have to show a police officer in the spot.
