Having had mirrors like this in bathrooms when we have gone on holiday during a en suite make-over I purchased this. The magnification is excellent and the light is a great benefit. Our plumber was impressed and said what a good quality product it was. I will shortly be buying another one for our main bathroom!

I'm refitting my bathroom and as part of the design decided to add a bathroom shaving mirror with light. As this requires a cable running to the right place and level, I ordered this mirror for express deliver on 8th April, promised delivery 10th - 12th April at a cost of £20! This gave me enough time to consider the cable position. The product eventual arrived on the April 19th, a week late, too late for the cable placement, so we had to guess, fortunately correctly.So that was the disappointing part.That being said, the seller's response has been fantastic. They immediately refunded me the express delivery charge and gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience. They then set about tracking the package on my behalf and kept me updated on the delivery progress, outstanding after-sales service to correct a known problem.The product - Excellent product, finished well, it appears to be durable (but only had it a week, time will tell) and looks great in the bathroom.Aechoo - Well recovered on an initial problem - thanks.

No real issues. I replaced the connector block as it was a bit cheap and the wire ends needed a tidy up. The mirror was clean and no issues. Feels solid and it shows that you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

A really good shaving/makeup mirror let down by a very poor light that doesn’t focus on your face.

Luckily had a spotlight in bathroom which needed removal so electric in place. Just needed extending down to right place! All work completed by husband (not electrician) so took a bit longer than I’d of liked.I do love the mirror now it’s in place. The magnification is great for facials and applying makeup (without glasses on). The LED lights are very useful and I’m convinced it’s slightly heated, maybe from the bulbs?? As it quickly clears from the shower steam.All in all it’s a fabulous mirror but is it Really worth £99?? Hmmm.... it’s a lot of money.

Please see photosThe item arrived intact.I installed this item on in my on-suite Friday and used it on Friday and Saturday to shave.On Sunday morning when i entered the on-suite i see the mirror is cracked - see photosIt has not been used on Sunday and no one has been in the on-suite exceptI can only assume some sort of stress crack, but no stress is put on iti hope the this wlll be replaced foc.I threw the packaging away on Friday as i was delighted with this product and its ease of installationPlease advice asapThank youDavid Throp

I installed this in our bathroom to replace one we had already.The magnification is really strong.It was easy to install and looks great.Looks very modern and expensive. I am really pleased with this mirror

Great quality to others on the market. It is wired and as such the light is bright and powerful. I would agree with others that this is not IP rated for water so keep wet hands and water away from it to be safe.It water is not an issue for you I would truly recommend this product.
