Comfortable and many adjustments to fit just right.
Sling is fantastic! Currently on my 2nd rotator cuff repair surgery and one of the things I was dreading was wearing that uncomfortable sling for weeks. Decided not to use the one given by the hospital this time and take a chance on this one. No regrets, first week down and no uncomfortable strap digging into my neck. The ball feature is a nice addition also. 100% recommend.

As comfy as it gets after surgery!
Update: im out if the sling now, and it held up to a lot of wear and tear. I cannot recommend this more! Ok, I almost didn't order this due to some of the reviews that said it didn't fit people with curves, but I was pretty desperate after the hospital-provided sling after my rotator cuff surgery did not fit well and seriously cut into my neck. I'm a bigger girl (size 22) and this fit with room to spare! In short: I am SO GLAD I ORDERED THIS! Pros: the design took some of the pressure off my neck, the waist strap was WAY more comfy than the hospital provided sling, and it was cooler than the sling I was sent home with. Cons: the material inside of the sling was a bit scratchy (I cut off the sleeve of a tshirt and wore it inside the sling) the waist strap was long and tended to get caught on things, a little "holder' like on a belt might help with that. All in all, this was a win at about 1/3 of the price of the one from the hospital. I can't wait to retire it forever at 12 weeks from surgery! Happy healing.

Comfortable sling
I wish the ball was a little less stiff so it would be easier to squeeze, but overall I’m really enjoying this sling. It’s been very comfortable to sleep in after my shoulder surgery. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and am looking forward to using it throughout the rest of my recovery process! The Velcro is also incredibly strong which did lead to one part ripping, but I don’t think it’s messed with the longevity at all and everything is still functional.

After trying three or four slings, this one is definitely the most comfortable and most supportive
I tried a Breg Slingshot 3, a Donjoy ultra Pro, and a Breg Slingshot 2. This sling is far and away better made than the any of the other brands, no contest. This sling is very well designed and made out of premium materials compared to the Breg and the Donjoy. It’s soft to the touch and once you get it adjusted right, the hold position is perfect. I had recent shoulder surgery for an open subscapular repair and biceps tendon repair. This sling holds my arm in a perfect position with the 15° abduction pillow. No complaints. It’s comfortable to sleep in, easy to take on and off, and seems to be pretty durable so far. I will update this review if something goes sideways.

Not What I Hoped
Picky, rough material. The chest strap is not comfortable if you are a woman with even a medium bust. The neck strap was also picky in addition to the sling. The foam ball as well is rock hard, impossible to squeeze. Not a stress foam, but like hard Styrofoam. The concept is great though to relieve neck stress. I also didn't like it came in a drawstring bag, not a sealed bag. Kind of unsanitary for a heavy shoulder surgery. Also had a crumbled copy of a person's picture (looked like a license photo copy) and name on a tiny piece of paper in it with a qr code by the picture which was odd and somewhat unhygienic.

Great sling
Way better than what they provided me with after surgery. Very comfortable and easier to put on and take off as needed.

Only lasted 4 weeks
I wanted to rate this five stars. The set up with the straps is great to take the pressure off your neck like it’s supposed to however, after wearing it for four weeks it broke. I put it on after my original slang from the doctor and after four weeks, one of the straps broke and it can’t be repaired so I think that says it all I would not recommend it. That design is great though they just need to fix the strap ability.

Way To Difficult for One Person to Put On
This Sling is way to difficult for one person to put on. It has (or I think) and extra support pillow but something seems to be missing; such as, the grip ball. Good luck if this sling works for you but I am sending it back.
