The Mentalist Medium-Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee, 12 Ounces, Clean Coffee Tested for Toxins, Packaging May Vary

I finally tried this Bulletproof “Mentalist” coffee, and I get the hype now. It’s smooth, it’s clean, and it doesn’t have that weird bitter aftertaste most medium-dark roasts sneak in when you’re not looking. The flavor notes are solid and not overpowering. You actually catch the cherry/almond vibe without feeling like someone dumped syrup in it. And because it’s toxin-tested, it genuinely tastes cleaner. Pros: Smooth flavor, no bitterness, smells fantastic, clean and consistent, whole-bean freshness, and honestly makes mornings feel nicer. Cons: It’s pricier than grocery store coffee, the packaging seems to change sometimes, and once you start drinking this, you don't think about other coffee - solid promise. If you want a coffee that feels like your brain finally clocking in on time, this is the one.

This coffee is delicious and the mental alertness you get is outstanding. I love the taste and the quality.

All i can say is: I finally found a coffee that taste like coffee! Highly recommend. Also recommend you get a stainless steel coffee pot and don't use anything plastic. This brand tastes like good coffee should taste!

This coffee is suppose to have hints of cherry, almond and caramel. I didn't smell or taste any of those. It is decent tasting and I enjoy its smell. I used it for my espresso as well as the regular drip brewing coffee. I love that this company tests for mold and similar toxins. Would it be too much to ask it to be organic as well? But I am guess that they might be doing something not so organic to prevent mold or remove it. It claims it sources from Rain Forest Certified farms and it nice to the environment and pays farms decently. All those things I love. But the taste was underwhelming and it is really expensive for my means. If this is within your budget, give it a try. You are not paying for any mold.

Love this coffee. I'm not really sure how to describe it. Bold. No bitterness. I like full body Cabernets and this kind of has the same notes. It has a natural sweetness without being sweet. It is fruity but not flavored. My new go to coffee.

If you like bitter coffee, this is for you. It is quality, clean coffee but not for me. I like taste and smell and this doesnt have either.
