3 In 1 ATV Ball Mount, With 2" Ball With Pin & Clip

On the newer last couple of years Ranger 1000 the muffler is on top of where the Trailer ball would be with all the old ball mount hitches and most of the new hitches "they" sell. When I bought my new Northstar the ball hitch that I have used on my last three Rangers would not fit because the ball hit the muffler. I have searched Rural King, Tractor Supply, the Polaris Dealer, Cablela's Amazon and others for at least six months; I even ordered one and sent it back for a refund. I found the GoTow GT-10008 ATV UTV 3 In 1 Ball Mount Hitch and when I read in the reviews that it was too long. I ordered one. It is sturdy well welded steel and it works fine in my Ranger. I would not use it on a PU or to pull a full size trailer with my UTV out on the roads (that is legal here and in some other states). It does some times hit the dirt crossing steep ditches but you would not be able to pull a ATV trailer in the same place. So for the "too long" guys just take it out when you go mountain climbing, eh? I recommend this product ATV and UTVs.

Very nice receiver ball hitch. The only problem I see is that the hitch pin holes are too far towards the end of the tubing. This causes the unit to stick out further back from my Yamaha ATV than necessary. By me drilling new holes 2 inch closer to the ball end on the tubing it works out better. 2 inch closer spacingto the axle is much better for loading.

Slides perfectly into the 2” receiver on our quad. Really like the hole at the end that allows the use of common implements (light pull behind trailer, lawn sweeper, etc.) in addition to the ball. Genius!

Square tube is to short by 3” for my 2015 Kubota RTV to be able to hook a trailer up. Had to buy a 2” extender. I would not buy again for this application. I should have just bought the OEM hitch…

Put this on my Golf cart to hook up to different trailers with out changing the hitch each time. Works very well and strong enough to transfer to my truck as well.

It’s just fine. You need to drill the shackle hole to 1” to use a 3/4” shackle. You want a 2” strap for UTV’s. With that you need a 3/4” shackle. It would be nice if manufacturer would just do that. Other than that so far nothing wrong.

I used this hitch on a 2021 can am outlander, easily pulled a trailer bigger than the quad itself, sturdy metal, which I was impressed with at this price point. Can’t go wrong here guys!I will say, the black paint will almost immediately scratch off but that’s expected when you rub metal on metal.

Seems to be well enough made but I am having the welds checked to make sure.
