So it took me a few tries to figure out how long and how much ice to soak this in and definitely make sure you don't ring out all the water it needs to stay a little damp or it's going to have dried spots and be very stiff on you. It does not keep me as cold as I thought it would reading other reviews but it does help and it can be directly on your skin it doesn't cause irritation for me and I'm very sensitive to chemicals and scents, so with that, this works well.

Works as described. I do fee cooler by using this best than without it. Light weight compared to vest with ice. When it’s dry g up I just rewet it. I have two so the second one I have wet in a ziplock bag so I can use it one the first is drying up and cannot find a place to rewet it. Easy once wet to pack into a ziplock bag. Convenient.

This vest fell apart after 1 use the Velcro just fell off. It only stays cold for a few minutes, bad quality product. Not the value for the money, light weight and not comfortable. The fit was as expected.
