Im only basing my review on 2 days of use - havent seen any results YET . TIP: Use in a hot drink to disolve, i drink it in my tea and dont even notice it - on the first use i tried to add it into a cold bottle of water & it clumped badly, and was gross.

Fantastic! Ive tried many no popular brands and variations and this is perfect. The individual packets makes adding your daily dose to coffee or tea that much easier. My hair, nails, and skin have thanked me. My joint paint is down as well. If you're on the fence, go for it! They worked for me and im picky.

Absolutely no taste and I’ve been taking it for 2 months with many compliments that my skin looks great.

It dissolves easy and coffee. No taste to it. I feel like it is working for skin health and hair.

This will be my second box. And when I tell you my nails grow like crazy. I don't know if it does anything for my skin because I look the same. As for my digestive system, I think its working good, and hit might what's helping me keep the weight off, because all I do for exercise is a lot of walking. Soni think these two together is what's maintaining my weight. After I finish my second box I will pigged back on any more results I see. When I ordered it, I thought the flavor would be a berry taste, but actually it has no taste, so whatever I use it end does not take from what I'm drinking or eating.
