really great, it doesn't taste like much, so you can add it on everything. my doctor recommended it to me to keep regular, so lets see if it works! its very fine which makes it extremely easy to eat. You can add it on yogurt, pita, salads, eggs, anything!

Definitely worth the price.. definitely a good addition to one’s diet, they make smoothies and drinks taste so much better. These chia seeds add a lot fiber and protein to one’s meals and smoothies.

I mixed it with the purple bag they have and then I mix them both up in my coffee every morning. They give me the vitamins I need for the day and keeps me regular.

This is so easy to use in just about anything and I love it! I mainly use it in smoothies but it is also nice on salads to add a little crunch, great in sauces, and breads.
