Dissolves easily, tastes better than the cherry berry one, I like it salty so 1 scoop for 500 ml for me but Mrs is happy with half scoop for 500 ml. Energy levels much better, mood is much better and tastes really good. Sleep has improved and concentration at work in just 2 days of using it. Should last around a month so excellent value compared to sachets from competing brands. The main reason I chose them is because of the huge amount of magnesium and potassium in there. These are the ones that electrolyte products will charge alot of money for and they are they ones you need the most. The antioxidant is a bonus and you can feel the detox effect. No more body odour and no constipation. Even my memory has improved. I take it with nutritional yeast to get bioavailable natural b vitamins and alternate between this and shilajit electrolytes. Its gold for pre workouts. This is my second tub from them and now my friends and family want to know where I get it from. Everyone thinks it tastes like a new powerade flavour. You can sweeten with stevia but definitely drink cold. The scoops tiny so the box really lasts long. Leave the packet inside as it stops it from clumping. Enjoy!

These are easily the most effective and best tasting Electrolytes I have tried, and I have researched many. The balance of Electrolytes I feel is superior to any other brands available, and I was very impressed with the inclusion of the only real antioxidant (Astaxanthin) to the formula. I use these Electrolytes daily, but have specifically noticed better hydration and performance while cycling using them. The Mango flavour is delicious and I think Keto-Pro have struck a perfect balance between the reduction of any natural saltiness and not being too sweet. I'll be buying the Cherry and Orange flavours to try next time.

This stuff is amazing, I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and I am feeling a great difference, more energetic especially for when I come to my workouts which I have usually been feeling quite sluggish for! The ingredients are great which was something I was very adamant with, finding something that was not loaded with bad additives. It also tastes really nice! Highly recommend.

Slightly salty taste but then that's expected for electrolytes, especially ones without any nasty flavours and chemicals. Looking at the ingredients it's great. It dissolved completely, other ones always have electrolytes left at the bottom, if it's not dissolving in the water it's not going to be absorbed very well by my body. I can feel it working better than the normal effervescent tablets I used before.

Excellent product, very strong taste of orange &lemon which is nice to have when on Keto diet as sugar is not an option! Only downside is the fishy smell when you first open the pot but this is down to some of the ingredients coming from salmon due to the health benefits, it doesn’t taste like this at all once mixed with water.

This is about the only keto electrolyte drink out there that contains stevia instead of sucralose which is fantastic. I will continue to buy this as long as they don't change their ingredients. It does have a funny taste, but you get used to it and it prevents you from getting dehydrated, especially when you're combining keto and fasting.
