Everyone these days is hearing about the benefits of pre, pro, and post-probiotics for everything from gut health to immunity. I have always been "irregular" and I have used about everything, but these make me go to the bathroom every day, so they have had a two-fold benefit for me. I keep them on auto-ship.

I suffer from some digestive issues and am constantly looking for things that can help my gut health and improve my quality of life. Some things don’t have any impact, some do, and others are temporary or make it worse. Things like probiotics, fermented foods, etc. are good, but sometimes a little something extra helps. I ran across these gut health supplements and thought I would give them a try (and not expecting overnight results). These supplement pills are in a relatively standard capsule, but just a tiny bit larger than what I would consider average. The pills come in a plastic bottle with a screw top lid and all that is then packaged in a box “for the store shelf.” This is all pretty standard fair and nothing unexpected. The pills are filled with a white powder and the serving size is two capsules (I’d rather take two ever so slightly larger capsules than three smaller ones). After several days of taking these pills, I can’t say that I had a noticeable change in my digestive health or overall bodily health, but I can say that I didn’t feel worse (and I ate a few things that should have made me feel worse). I don’t expect my digestive system to change and balance over night, so I suspect it will take some time to see any real results. I also know that ingesting anything and expecting to make it through your stomach and on to your gut can be difficult, so I am interested to see how these pills work over time (at least over the course of a bottle, roughly a month). In general, they seem like good quality supplements with what should be good ingredients. The price is a bit higher than I’d really like, but I will at least give this bottle a try and see where it goes.
