Took 5 minutes to hook up. The directions with this seller helped considerably. I would have been lost without the step by step they offered. They’re not kidding, there’s so much with this system. I would have been spending hundreds per month for the equivalent on other streaming services.

So far so good. Working as advertised. Easy to install and use.

Great equipment. Great picture. CRAPPY/insulting customer service. One of the controller rattles. He said it was the dongle. Insulting comment about opening the battery compartment. NO WAY to open. NO battery compartment symbol. Buy from another seller. Am returning and ordering from another.

We finally pulled the cord on our cable and were all set to try a streaming service when my friend told me about this.I love the 24/7 channels and my husband has loved having all the sports channels. Pays for itself in just a few months.Pretty glitchy but nothing major. Will buy more but hoping they come out with v5.

The super-box is a great system and was easy to set up with the directions included. One item needed to be replaced and this was taken care of immediately. Great customer service!
