I bought a set at the request of my mother. Although skeptical at first, it's super simple to set up and customize the sound options. It comes with batteries already installed on the buttons. You simply plug in the caller boxes into the wall and then press the button and it'll sound off. By pressing down on the side button of the caller box, you can work your way through different sound alerts, choose one, then finalize and set it for your button. I now feel more at ease knowing my mother and father have this set in case they need to call one another due to a medical emergency. Simple mechanics but fair price and utility.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Love everything about this unit/package. Am assisting friend living in huge home with cathedral ceilings that is constant need of assistance whether it be to use restroom, needs meds or even just a simple soft drink. Got tired of yelling through home & lost my voice for three days & knew I needed help. When searching, was thrilled to find that there are now items available. Not only did I purchase this package but also ordered a simple mobile receiver along with an additional push button from same mfg so that no matter where I am within home or outside, I can always be reached. The plug-in wall monitors are pretty loud, even on the lowest setting. Walkie talkies are exceptional having volume control w/ approx 500 ft range. Can hear every word spoken clearly, saving my voice from being lost. Cost of both packages (which can be paired together) exceptional considering what you get for your money. Well worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend to anyone that find themselves yelling across your home in order to communicate with others. Ok... got this to try for caring for a family member with cancer that needs help, but not always the same things, and not always the same times. This allows me to stage call buttons with them and throughout the house so they always have access to call for help. It also allows me to spread out the receivers throughout the house so that I can hear the call regardless of what I'm doing or where I am. I have the receivers by my bed, in my bathroom, in the garage and in the laundry room. So whether I'm showering, cleaning, working out, sleeping etc etc... if they call for me I hear it. Its also less invasive that way because its not a big alarm that startles someone like an evil alarm clock, its a notification that is in each living space. No reliance on wifi or cell service, and there are battery units that can be used for backup if electricity went out. Big peace of mind for them and for me! For someone experiencing confusion a simple red button to push doesn't require using a certain phrase or a certain remote. They just push it and we come.

I unexpectedly had to become a temporary caregiver for a family member and I quickly learned that they wouldn't always be able to wake me up if I was needed to assist with going to the bathroom and other tasks. I sought a solution that would be quick and easy for them to alert me directly from the medical bed. This caregiver pager was just what I was looking for. For the price, it was a purchase that didn't need much thought, as it has brought us great value. The connectivity was easy to setup and the adjustable volume was helpful so that I could configure the right amount of sound. It also included a manual bell if they decided to ring that instead. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is that right when you plug in the alarm into the outlet, it immediately begins to ring, which is annoying. Otherwise, the functionality is great, especially since it comes with two alarms and two buttons, which I've installed on two floors.

Setup directly from the box. Plugged the unit into the electrical outlet, pressed the button on the transmitter and it worked perfectly! It has many different sounds to choose between,some are louder than others depending on what you want. I’m now waiting for my MIL to remember to press the button to call us. This is a great product for an elderly person with a weak voice to help them get attention.

This system has a good and loud speaker to get attention. I appreciate that you can select different sounds too. The wireless range appears to be good for the ranch style house we have. I will note that the Light on the speak does NOT light up very well. It could use a much brighter light to get attention of those who are hard of hearing, or when the TV is playing to loud.

Purchase this for my sister who has dementia and she has fallen and her husband has not heard her call so this sets off an alarm in the body of the house and in his bedroom that she has fallen works wonderfully and, was easy to install

Great system. We had a situation occur shortly after installing and we were able to help our elderly parent and get him to the hospital. Without, we might not have realized the trouble he was in. So glad to have this. The ability to set different tones was very helpful. Being able to expand the system is also fantastic. We put one button on the bed and transfer to his walker. The other is permanently installed at the toilet. Both have been used. The range is great, we have the receivers spread out. One in the basement, another in a bedroom and the third in the living room. Between all three, we can all hear anytime it is pressed.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product.....just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall.....anyway does it job well...premium quality........

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores

As fine, effective product for aged and infirm persons with mobility inhibitors. Competitively priced and well made. The only doubt I have is that is not shower proof. But then that would make it a lot more expensive. So. Trade- off. It does the job well with good options as to performance.

Easy to set up and not complicated for the elderly to use. Reasonably priced and arrived when stated. Purchased for my mother who was worried no one would hear her if she called out, so this has given all of us peace of mind. It has been used once when the handset for the recliner fell out of reach on the floor and the chair tilted when mum tried to get up. Luckily the bell was on the lanyard around her neck and she was able to call for assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase.
