No Longer a SAD Sufferer - Amazingly Good. So glad I dont get Winter Blues
I have tried so many things over the years but nothing has worked. Saw someone Youtube recommending these and ordered a pair. Took a few days getting use too, but now 8 weeks life has improved. I wear them first thing in the morning for 45 minutes as i get ready for work. I make sure i go to bed on time and wake up at same. Take cold showers (Wim Hoff method) and also vitamin D, B12. ( do your own research before taking any supplements). Its been a proper Game Changer. Well worth the investment!!

No longer work
I bought two pairs, one for my husband and one for myself. Both no longer work even after recharging. Has anyone else had this problem? I bought them in 2018 so they are well out of warranty.

Do they work?
I suffer from SAD; the instructions say c. 21days to help & I am on 14 so I don't know yet. They are very well designed & made so I have high hopes!

SAD sufferer
I’ve had undiagnosed SAD for many years. Normally I will have bouts of tears that can only be described as PMT on steroids at various points over the winter months. Used a SAD light for over an hour a day and thought glasses might be more helpful in time management than getting up at a ridiculous time before work. With using a computer more I found I was getting eye strain and migraines from my light. 45 minutes on the highest setting allows me the freedom that the light didn’t. No eye strain. No periods of tearfulness this winter at all. The nose piece can leave a mark for around 30 mins after but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable. I could wear normal glasses and still watch tv. Walking around in the dark was a bit risky. As was the health of my other half for taking the mick saying I looked like an extra out of TRON. I did change jobs which included nightshift / day shift patterns to more civilised hours which may be a contributing factor. However I have not had the uncontrollable tears that I have done every other winter for the past 15+ years. All in all, if it’s on offer and you have sad.. seriously give it a shot. I don’t regret it. Update April 2023: still recommend and definitely has helped! Update: January 2025 - they are still going strong and defo helping!

Bipolar Alert
In the literature it says not suitable for people with Bipolar, this is not mentioned in the on line literature (elipepsy is). I have chosen to try it ...but cautiously.

not suitable for those with poor sleep quality
I have suffered from lack of sleep for a long time. I bought this product in the hope that its use would enable me to sleep better , however nothing has changed and I still have to put up with a fragmented sleep pattern. This product is probably suitable for those who travel very frequently and need to make to make quick adjustments . For those with a poor quality of sleep it may prove to be an expensive mistake .

Bought as a gift. Users review to follow
I gave the glasses one try before giving them to the person I bought them for - suffers from significant S A D. I suffer from it to some degree and so was looking to see what they did out of curiosity. I found them quite easy to use - I tried then around 7am on my day off. So not sure how I would manage them on a normal work morning when I'm rushed. It was quite a grey day. I found it stimulating and the pink after flow was pleasant in a sensory way. My mood was good. I wanted to send them to the intended person as soon as possible. So I have only have one attempt to review on. The person they are for has said they're 'good' but hadn't read the part about using them between 5 am and 10 am. He has assured me he likes them. And promised he won't pass them on - as they are pricey and he is generous. Full review too follow. Along with rating on value for money. If anything, they are better than having nothing to offer someone so low in mood.
