This stuff is great!! I had heard all the hype about sulforaphane's benefits for sleep, general health, cardiovascular issues and inflammation. It raises melatonin so I took my 10 drops before bed and got the best night of sleep in months. I wear a sleep tracker and monitor my HRV. I have never had HRV readings this high since I started recording 4 yrs ago. I now split my dose as 3-4 drops in AM and 6-7 at night. This delivers a 490 mg dose which is great and there 240 servings in the glass bottle so a terrific value. There is alcholol in this just to warn those who need to avoid due to religious, age, sobriety reasons. I drop this right on my tongue and don't find the taste objectionable but it mixes in liquids just fine. I find this helpful for energy and focus as well. I will be keeping this product in my line up as long as they continue to make it.

Well, I’ve never tried a liquid Sulphoraphane, I grow broccoli sprouts and I’ve had the pill form. So this was an easy way to take it and the taste wasn’t a problem. I counted out 10 drops or close to it and held it under my tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing. It’s hard to believe there are 240 servings, but anywhere near that would be great. If you know the power and anti aging benefits of Sulphoraphane, then you will appreciate this easy way to add it to your diet. I still grow the sprouts and add them to my meals, but this is a great way to cover the days when I run out. The price is more than fair if you can get 6-8 months out of a bottle 🙏 Definitely try it 👍

I just put the 10 recommended drops per day into a little water and I don't taste anything. The instructions say it can be too strong tasting to take full strength, so I haven't tried that. They also say to hold it in your mouth for several seconds before swallowing, which I can't do if I take it in water, so I will give it a try straight. I can't say that I have had any noticeable effects yet (I've only taken it a few days so far), but I do like that it has the chemical that cabbage, broccoli, and other cruciferous vegetables have, because I know those vegetables are good for you. I don't/can't eat a significant quantity of those every day so I thought this supplement would be a good thing to take.

Who knew that you could get the benefits of Sulforaphane in a liquid? I don't eat enough cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli, cabbage, Kale and Bok Choy) so having this easy to use supplement helps. The liquid is amber colored and I don't find the taste that bad but you can also mix it into liquids if you wish. There are so many health benefits to this supplement and I love the fact that this bottle contains 240 servings.

This Sulforaphane supplement tastes a bit bitter, so the company suggests to take it with water or juice. I prefer to take it by itself and it does not taste that bad, in my opinion. It does leave a slightly bitter aftertaste for a few minutes. Sulforaphanehas offers many benefits, one of the them is that it helps to neutralizes toxins, and it also helps to calm inflammation in the body. It is also great to help detox the liver. This Sulforaphane supplement comes in a glass bottle, which is non toxic and also helps the environment. This is the second supplement that I get from this company and I am not disappointed.

Every day, I take ten drops sublingually for 15 to 30 seconds and then swallow it. It is completely tasteless.

Sulforaphane is a chemical in broccoli and similar plants that seems to have health benefits. These plants don't actually contain the chemical, but rather they contain a chemical called glucoraphanin, as well as an enzyme that turns it into sulforaphane. When you chew the foods, you release the enzyme, and you end up with some sulforaphane. This formula contains stabilized sulforaphane. However, it doesn't really say what makes it "stabilized" since it is a volatile chemical. The label is somewhat ambiguous and doesn't technically specify how much sulforaphane you are getting. This brand claims testing and quality manufacturing standards. The taste isn't awful.
