I like this, but the tank is small I have to often empty it. Yes, it is my mistake did not notice the size of it. But it is quiet and useful, I love this.

This is my first Airplus dehumidifier that I purchased. The delivery arrived fast and earlier than what I expected. The merchandise arrived in a well packaged box. I love the design of this product; it’s simple and elegant. There is a lot of functionalities come with this. When this dehumidifier is on, I can barely hear any noise; the motor and the fan are super quiet. This powerful machine lives up to the descriptions advertised on the website. I live in 2000 SQT house. The humidity level significantly decreased within an hour or two of usage, and that made the air in the house feel much nicer and even cleaner. I would highly recommend this product if anyone is thinking to purchase a dehumidifier.

It is much more quiet than my last one. The square footage rating appears ambitious. It works as well as the unit I paid about $100 for 13 years ago. And it is exactly the same size as my older medium sized basement unit. So far so good after a week.

I found this dehumidifier works really well. The noise level is quiet and I wanted to note this since quiet a few people worry about the noise of these machines. I have it in the my bedroom since it backs right into a forest and it gets pretty foggy. It does drain well and it is easy to remove the container in order for your to empty it. A perfectly good product and works as advertised.I also will note the directions in the manual are extremely easy to read and follow. I know other products can come with one that don’t make sense. The product also has a handle at the time so you are able to move the product easily.

The media could not be loaded. So I bought this thinking I was getting a quality unit. Even one reviewer said he couldn’t believe it worked better than even the expensive ones.I will assure you it’s not worth it. I had a feeling it wasn’t right after I let it run a long time and barely got much water. Well here is a video of my experiments.The one test, I let it run over night. I got .25l from this supposedly 70p/ day brand and the old GE 30 pint per day I got 1.25L.Then I did another test. I ran it for only one hour each and you can see the results in the video. Sure it worked but not well. If you’re getting results like this as well send it back! I got .25L from the GE and barely got anything out of this.Don’t waste your money.

I’ve never had to use a dehumidifier before as I lived in CA however moving to MO to a house with basement we found the floor wet and condensation dripping everywhere. Got this unit downstairs set it up and it wouldn’t turn on, then I remembered reading that u need to let it sit for a bit so I did. Came back later, it turned on fine and now everything is dry. No condensation. No puddles. Everything dry and comfy

I got this product and hook it up, it runs ok, but when I set it to be at 45%, it never stops even though my other meter shows that the room humidity level is already below 45%, having talking to the seller multiple times, I finally gave up and set the level to be 50%, now it works, it will run for a while, then rest for awhile which is what I expected, but again, I wish it works that way when I set it to 45%, not at 50%. My space is around 2000 sqft, this one is supposed to be good up to 4500 sqft, so it is not like it is not big enough to support my space. Any how, it works, and hope it will last few summers.

The dehumidifier arrived quickly. I emailed customer service, sent them a short video of the issue I was having with the control panel and two days later a replacement unit was delivered. (Since the initial delivery was made when I was at work, I didn't see if the unit was dropped off of the truck or otherwise mishandled which may have caused the control panel issue.) The second one worked perfectly. Flora in customer service kept in contact with me to be sure that I was satisfied with the product. How many companies do that these days?! My basement is drier and smelling a lot less like a basement these days. Excellent product!
