Don’t waste your money on this product. It has 15 levels of intensity. I put the belly pad on 15 and it barely made a tingling on my muscles. The arm pads seem to work but the gel pads don’t keep the pads on my arm. You have to hold it in place the entire time. And the battery on them only lasts about 20 minutes. I’ll be returning mine.

I got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. The adhesive on it is great and it fits him perfect, the value for money is amazing, the performance of it is great. It works exactly like it should and you can feel your muscles tense up, but it is also comfortable and lightweight. He seems to have gotten some pretty good results, but I love him just the way he is. So I'm a little biased. But if he gives it five stars, I give it five stars!

It works but it needs to be a little more flexible and the sticky sheets wear off too fast..

Once I got it on it feels like it's doing some work. But the problem is the instructions don't tell you how to put on the gel pads properly so after I messed up one or two I figured it out that there's a sticky part on both sides you got to take off one of the plastic protectors then put the gel pad on the unit and then take the other plastic part off and gel pad stays in place. And it doesn't make great contact unless you kind of hold it. But I could definitely feel it working and on other reviews says that your abs do get sore and probably your biceps too so it's got to be doing something.

This is my first time purchasing it and I've been using it three times a week and I am seeing great result so far. I really like this one because it's simple and easy to hook up with no wires attached. Since it's a great product, I would recommend this brand to anyone. I used things like these back in the early 2000's that you would strap around your arm or belly and they worked fine. This one is a total waste if money. The arm ones are not sticking on and I had to use my daughters headband to hold it up. The belly piece is not stick well and not working cohesively. I am not sure why am I the only one having this issue. It seems some reviews are hidden because this can't be a first the way this is made. Gonna start searching for another brand.
