I was having some issues with my ab strength. This really helped out a lot. It did not give me six pack abs, but I wasn’t really looking for them. It is easy to use. The pads work great. Occasionally they will lose their stickiness but I just wash them with a little water and the stick great again. It is very comfortable and lightweight. I’m able to move them around to work out different parts of my abs. I’ve had this for many months and it hasn’t given me any problems.

I really like this product. My stomach always feels tighter after I use this product. Unfortunately, I list the charging cable and am not able to use this product anymore. I wish the manufacturer would sell additional cables for people like me, who have misplaced the cable.

This is a really great abs and arms stimulation kit. It is easy to charge and use on a daily basis. I bought expensive versions of this type of device about 10 years ago and it was not as easy to use as this one. It is powerful enough to get an effect that works your muscles. Easy to use while you are sitting, standing or laying down. High intensity is powerful on this unit. Definitely recommend this product and it is a great value that is reliable and easy to use.

This was packaged very well. Everything I needed to get started. The devices were all charged and simple to operate. The instructions were easy to understand. Do keep in mind, if you have certain health conditions, implants, this product is not to be used. The gel sticks well to skin. Put the electronic device on pad before you put on your skin. Start arms at the lowest frequency as it is pretty strong and my arms were definitely feeling it. As for the stomach pad, I had to go up to frequency 4 to really be felt. That I'm sure is due to the fat on the stomach is so much more than arms. Definitely start low and work up to higher frequency. There are 8 different modes also, depends what you're Wanting to accomplish with this product. For me it's weight loss in those particular areas. I think using this product will be helpful for me with getting those muscle groups contracting. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

This abs stimulator took a little time getting used to. I started off at lower ranges, keeping it under 10, and within days I was able to up the stimulation one or two levels every other session. It’s been about six or seven weeks and I’m currently on level 24 to 26 for all exercises besides massage. I am noticing less belly fat, a more firmer abdominal area and I’ve lost about two inches on my waist. This is not a cure all for lazy people who think this will give them rock hard abs and arms in a few weeks. What it is, is an addition to your daily routine of exercise and eating right to help you obtain your goals quicker. In my case, I can honestly say it’s working!

I definitely sent this back after a few days didn't do anything for me the pads hurt more taking them off than anything, some people may not mind pulling on their skin whenever they're removing the pads but I do.

This definitely gives your muscles a workout. They’re easy to apply on dry skin. I’ve been using this routinely since June. My muscles have toned. Even my wife asked if I’ve been working out. I will say the products are not as large as pictured but they do work with 8 different settings. The adhesives stay on if your skin is dry. You can control the level of intensity up to 20 minutes. These are comfortable to use that long at your tolerance level with no minimal hair pull upon removal.
