Incredible smartphone
I bought this smartphone as a present for my daughter. It is amazing, looks as new without any scratches. Battery works absolutely fine. I am satisfied with the quality and the price.

Fantastic quality
Excellent experience! Arrived a day earlier than the expected 2 days advised. Arrived in pristine condition, not a single scratch, mark etc. On the phone. Could easily have been brand new and not a renewed phone. Also arrived with a sim key and charger! Highly impressed and highly recommend this purchase.

Came earlier than expected and came in excellent condition as stated. Looks brand new without a single mark or scratch on handset. Been a bargain and would highly recommend anyone using this store.

Galaxy S23 problems experienced of recent purchase.
The Galaxy S23 is a discontinued product, so the only ones around are used. The first problem encountered was with screen sensitivity; it could not activate the biometric setup correctly, even with no protective film on the screen. Noted on the web this was a common problem. Could not activate any menu items whilst it was charging, e.g. turn off sound, wi-fi, open any app. Had to use a dedicated Samsung charger. Worst of all, there was a "no sim card" error that kept popping up after a couple of days of use. Tried all the suggestions on the web, but still the same. Disappointed. But perhaps expected, as this is a used product! Maybe I was unlucky!

Was very happy with how it arrived even it is refurbished it still feels new which is nice was rocking the S8 for 5 years and this was a VERY nice upgrade for the price would recommend if getting a new phone
