Nice and light! I truly recommend.
Love it! OMG! this hose is so light and expandable. I can't believe I'm just getting one. I struggled preciously with that hard green hose. Today, the neighbors all watch me as I actually carry the hose in my hand after watering the grass. I truly recommend. I'm gonna buy another one.

Company stands behind their products.
Just over 1 year after I purchased this hose it developed 2 leaks in the hose fabric. The first leak was small but the second leak was very large. So why did I give the hose a 5 star rating? The hose worked very well for a year but after the failure a message to the dealer resulted in an immediate offer to supply me with a new hose at no charge. The company stands behind their product. The replacement hose was a different model as the Copper Bullet has been removed from sales most probably due to a high failure rate.

Great Hose, Still Recommend, but Get the Added Protection
I have had this hose for about 14 months. I use it almost every other day during spring, summer, and fall. It gets to 110 degrees in the summer and down to the 30's in the winter. This hose saved space, never kinked, and was super easy to use and roll up to store. The spray nozzle broke after about 6 months, but that was due to my kids dropping it on the concrete. It was still great to use even without the nozzle. I loved the on/off lever to save water while walking between watering locations. Just today I went to use it, and there was a hole near the connection point under the rubber protector. I have no idea how it got there, but luckily I purchased the protection through Amazon, and it was super easy to get reimbursed for the product. I would still recommend this product, but get the protection to help ensure you get the most use out of it.

Happy with the light weight of hose and ease of handling.
After using this hose for an entire season all my concerns of the ease of use, durability and practicality were unfounded. As a senior winding up a rubber hose constantly after use was difficult and frustrating. Took a chance on this expandable hose. After turning off the water the hose immediately shrinks down and easily can be twisted into a neat pile because of its light weight. So far I’m loving it! Purchased a 25 ft and 50 ft for two separate outdoor faucets. Would suggest purchasing a longer hose than what you think you need. Didn’t think we got full extension, so will be purchasing another set of hoses next season to add more length.

Hoses are ok, nozzles fell apart
Last summer (August 2024), I bought four of these hoses- (2) 25', (1) 50', and (1) 75' for a total of $240. The hoses and the nozzles seemed great. They expanded and coiled like advertised. I drained them and stored them in an unheated garage for the winter, and took them out this spring (April 2025). Three of four nozzles are badly leaking near the hose connection- on two of them, the part with the threads that is pressed onto the bottom of the nozzle body completely fell off. On one hose, I see that the strain relief where it connects to the hose bib on the house is broken and the strain relief is useless. I keep slack on the hoses out of the hose bibs, so this is just the plastic failing. So, while generally the hoses are less cumbersome than traditional hoses, the quality is not what it should be. I have to replace three nozzles for this season, which is disappointing.

IT'S GREAT....
It does all that is advertised on TV. I used it over the summer. It shrinks from 100' when pressurized to about 25'-30' when the water pressure is turned off - easy to roll up on a hose reel. The water spray is very good. There is one issue and that is, best to keep a cover over it when not in use. This protects it from the UV Rays that will cause the hose to deteriorate. If you take care of it the hose should lasts as long as most conventional, much heavier garden hose. I keep the hose drained completely by turning off the water at the hose bib (leaving the hose connected) - then open the hose valve and reel the hose up on the hose reel while allowing the water to drain from the hose. Then I disconnect the hose at the hose bib. I do this during the summer and then the last use before winter. Always drain your hose completely before winter and never leave the hose connected to the hose bib. For additional protection for your hose bib, I recommend getting a hose bib cover that has Styrofoam Insulation to cover the entire hose bib. This protect the hose bib from freezing.

So worth the investment
I love, love, love this hose. I used to use a hose caddy, but it was clunky and always leaked. This hose is so easy to use. It easily fastens to might outside spigot… with no leaks!!!!! I love how small it gets when you turn off the water. I literally keep in on an old broken dustpan on the shelf in my garage when I’m not using it. It’s light and easy to maneuver. The spray nozzle that comes with it is perfect and attaches easily and with no leaks. If you are older like me you’ll love the coupling turner thingy - easy to use with hands that aren’t as strong as they used to be - and there’s no need to over tighten. This 25 ft hose is perfect for watering plants on your poarch or beds/grass nearer your spigot. I really need a longer hose for my city garden. I’ll be buying this same hose - only longer!

OK for the price.
The hose works as advertised, growing and shrinking with water pressure. The plastic collars that are supposed to protect the end of the hose at the fittings don't last long and break. This doesn't affect the use of the hose but may cause breakage over time. The nozzle feels cheap.
