Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked these 16 oz. coffee mugs because they match my Le Tauci bowls and crocks. Unfortunately, as I poured coffee into one of the mugs, I heard a pop & the bottom part of the handle cracked. I did contact the company & they responded quickly. They could not replace just this one mug since it came in a set, so as a resolution they offered a partial refund. They did indicate they will also investigate & determine what could've caused the quality issue, so I feel like they are concerned about it. I have not had any issues with the crocks that also have handles. Overall, this is a good product. Maybe just a fluke.

These are absolutely beautiful! Way too expensive in Canada though. I had a gift card so that is how I justified spending this kind of money. I'm definitely glad I got them. Shipping was fast and the product was packaged perfectly. No broken pieces.

Love the look but I used one on my mini hot plate stove and it cracked and had to be thrown away. I have used my old ceramic coffee mugs on the stove with no problems so I was surprised that this one cracked. It's back to my old cheap mugs.

Ich nutze die Tassen seit ca. 3 Monaten. Ich gebe Sie in die Spülmaschine und sie sehen immer noch wie neu aus. Sie haben ein gutes Gewicht, haben für mich ein optimales Volumen von 340ml und sehen toll aus. Zudem haben eine hohe Wertigkeit und die Preis/Leistung stimmt. Ich kann Sie empfehlen und würde Sie wieder kaufen.
