They work well. I have been taking these with shilajit resin and lion's mane for a few months now... Defo improvment in skin, hair, nails and teeth. As well as feeling more alert during the day and sleeping better at night.

Great value for an organic product ! Too early to judge exact differential impact due to my other supplements (Magnesium etc), but my sleep is sound as a pound! Be prepared for earthy odour, but at least seems genuine 😊

Easy to swallow even though they are large capsules.Only been taking them a few days so do not know if they are effective yet

First off, yes they smell pretty bad. It smells like the back of my mum's unused spice cabinet - very earthy and peppery.So, if you don't like that smell, don't smell the capsules.They are quite large but easy to swallow and no taste unless you let it glide all over your tongue, but who does that?Effects wise, I chose ashwagandha for its anti inflammatory properties as an adaptogenic root. I'm unsure about this KSM-66 version as I have nothing to compare it to my, but I understand the nutrients are have higher bioavailablity with this version.I have had no negative effects, upset stomach or headaches from taking the full recommended dose daily. I take it with meals to avoid any negative digestive effects!My sleep and mood is better, my skin and hair feels better too, but I have also been taking other vitamins and positive lifestyle changes at the same time as starting a supplementation routine that includes this ashwagandha.Overall, I recommend this supplement as it's inexpensive and I believe it contains the active ingredients that are beneficial for the body and mind that are difficult to get through diet alone.
