Good product
Love it. After lots of reading I decided to try this product. After using it for a period of time I actually realized that I didn't frequently feel like I was in a "fog".

Follow directions
I love Mushroom supplements. Use as directed. If I use too much, it'll make my nose run! 😅 I do feel sharper and more focused w/o coffee style jitters.
