If you like the lemon flavour, you will love this mousse
The lemon flavor of this mousse is quite strong, and the dessert is not overly sweet; instead, the sourness takes center stage. After trying Ehrmann's strawberry mousse, I was concerned that this fruity flavor might also disappoint, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor doesn't taste artificial, making it a great choice if you're a fan of lemons. Additionally, the texture of the dessert is excellent - it feels just like a traditional mousse.

Lemon mousse

"Delicious?"...I wanted to like this
Nice texture but the taste is synthetic and leaves a bad aftertaste. I Used a magnifier to read the small print on the side to find out what was in it, or in case of the synthetic taste, what was not. "Lemon juice from lemon juice concentrate 2.3%...lemon cells 0.2%...skimmed milk,milk protein 8.4%." The rest of the ingredients are either thickeners or artificial sweeteners with no percentages given. The ingredients are then "whipped with nitrogen". On the side of the tub it states that it is delicious...hmmm I will not be buying it again.
