What do you out under this in around 40 degree temperature?

Good question! Every camper (big or small) should have an appropriate sleeping pad underneath their sleeping bag to keep them insulated from the cold ground. We recommend a closed-cell foam pad for infants and toddlers. For safety, you should never place an infant 15 months and younger to sleep on an inflatable mattress. As far as what the camper should wear, we recommend starting with plain, clean cotton pajamas, fresh socks, and a warm hat. If temperatures are very low, you can carry fleece or wool pajamas, but these can sometimes be too warm when put altogether. If baby is sweating, hot to touch, or showing other signs of overheating, take off the baby sleeping bag.

can it be used with a Stroller ?

Sometimes! Our sleeping bags are designed with a single-body chamber for maximum comfort while sleeping. That being said, depending on your stroller and age of child, it can certainly work and we know of many parents who use their sleeping bags and strollers together comfortably.
