Great product
The high power in charging in the battery and the high power in charging out my devices are exceptional. The display is very good and very helpful. I was surprised that it came with protective bag and a USB-C cable. It is a bit heavy but expected from a 20,000mAh power bank.

Short circuit protection activated after 3 months
It was great while it lasted. Stopped working after a few months.Now getting a ‘short circuit protection has been activated’ please stop usingUpdate: The manufacturer reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. Customer service is an A+. This is the service you get when you go for respectable brands

Defective and returned
I guess it's bad luck. When received, i pressed the button, nothing happened, i plugged my S24, same thing. I thought it needs charging, so i used my Anker Prime charger, it said needs 14m to 100%. Then i noticed the settings don't save(brightness, screen timeout) it didn't charge my Surface pro(65w) and went to 0% instantly, then tried to recharge again and got an error. I have returmed and will try to buy again. Disappointed.
