As other reviews have stated, it is meant more for smaller necks. I bought it for my wife but wanted to try it. My neck is 17 3/4 and I had to undo the Velcro or possibly choke myself out. 😬 But once I did that, it was great. I will say it would also make a great travel pillow. Your head wouldn’t go anywhere. You can definitely feel the relief after you use it. Where it loses a star is when you want to let the air out, you have to pull the pump out from the hose. I foresee that causing an issue in the future. It should have a valve to release the air. But for less than $10, if you are looking to release pressure on your neck, it works!

Not for a larger neck size

Did not have instructions so not sure if doing right also I am an adult woman and it did not completely wrap around my neck I am not sure if it was suppose to since no instructions

This thing, for the low price works great. I have neck pain and sometimes have a hard time sleeping, this stretches my neck and relieves alot of pain. Thank you!!!

I use it twice and it no longer works. I am one day beyond being able to return it I am so frustrated. Do not buy this product
