How many mls of water does this hold?

As I have never purchased this item I cannot truly answer the question. But I do know that most water wells like the one pictured hold around 5 ml. It’s enough for you to paint a sketchbook painting. Hope this helps.

Is the metal magnetic clip strong enough to hold securely a larger metal pallete 4"x 2.5"?

I have a metal palette about twice the size as the one in the picture they have up and it's held fine for me. Hope this helps
