Great for mopping
We were not anticipating creating a preview for this vacuum and mopping robot; however, as this is our first experience with a robotic vacuum, we offer the following observations. 1) The robot intelligently identifies objects using its AI-powered onboard camera to detect and avoid obstacles such as cables, shoes, and toys. 2) Image processing occurs locally on the device; ensure user experience settings are appropriately configured. 3) The device operates quietly, even at high vacuum levels. 4) Mopping functionality is exceptional, allowing control over water dispensing and intensity, automatic mop washing and return to base, and thorough edge cleaning via the edge-hugging feature. 5) Carpet detection and 12mm mop lift for high-pile carpets enable simultaneous vacuuming and mopping of carpeted floors without carpet wetting. 6) Floor mapping is efficient and intuitive, with a user-friendly app for room division/merging/naming, no-go zone definition, virtual wall placement, and customized cleaning order sequencing.

Defective Products and terrible after sales service
This is the 3rd Eufy Robot Vaccuum I have bought and my 2nd X9Pro. Both X9Pro products have been back to Anker several times in less than six months, first resulted in total replacement and second is now about to be returned after the fourth attempt of Anker trying to fix it. It's unacceptable for this amount of money for a product to be out of action for weeks at a time because Anker cannot figure it out and at the customer's expense. Incredibly frustrating chasing them for feedback and or seeking a positive outcome. When the robot works it is super effective such a pity their service is terrible and that the same thing keeps happening with the X9Pro.

لقت استلمت الروبوت هذا الاسبوع وهو يقوم بعمله بشكل ممتاز من ناحية التنظيف والكنس ولا اريد تكرار ما قالوه اخوتي في التعليقات لقد قيمتها ب4 نجوم بسبب بطء الشحن يستغرق 6 ساعات لشحن 90%-100% على قوة كهرباء 220 فولت ويعمل الربوت تقريباً مابين ساعه الى ساعه ونصف في الشحنه الكامله على اعلى الاعدادات من ناحية الكنس والتنظيف قد يشكل مشكله لمن يمتلك بيت من 4 او 5 غرف وعلى الوضع الاوتوماتيكي قد تنظف البيت بالكامل مره كل 24 ساعه اود ان اذكر ان الروبوت ذكي جداً من ناحية كشف العوائق والاسلاك وغيرها من الاشياء المتراميه ونظام ملاحته قوي ويقوم ببناء الخرائط بسرعه وأريحية قد احتاج الى تبديل البطاريه خلال الست اشهر القادمه وفالاخير استطيع ان اضمن لك الراحه النفسيه التي ستشعر بها من اول استخدام

X9 Pro Performance
Eufy X9 pro does not show how much time it will take to clean the room. After the use of two weeks it sometimes makes a sharp noise which goes away while mopping. It takes a while to learn how to map the room. Overall it is an excellent vacumm and mop cleaner.

Firstly, I should start with the fact that I am fan of Eufy products or more accurately Anker products - I already own many of their Power Banks and have been pleased with everything I've bought from them. Recently I was gutted when the news about Neato pulling out of the robot vacuum market surfaced; I owned two of their D7 devices which did a good job and I had few complaints. Half of the rooms downstairs are either tiled or wooden floors so I'd been looking at an upgraded vacuum for some time - one that could vacuum *and* mop. I didn't want two devices so the X9 stood out the moment I saw it. Other reviews suggested it was a "decent" vacuum and an exceptional mop. I'd tend to agree with that, but compared to my aging D7 the vacuum is superior - not perfect, but I've yet to see anything better. What initially stood out is how much better the App is compared to the older Neato one (which I thought was good too!). Real-time viewing of the robot as it moves around your house - watching it map the house on the first go was very impressive in real-time. The Neato would crash into everything, not in a bad way, but that's how it manoeuvred itself around. This is next level - it barely touches anything, it's overloaded with sensors and will avoid things left out, travel around things and is so much kinder on furniture - it simply doesn't touch it. Performance wise I'd give the vacuum 8/10 and the mopping 9/10. It's good, very good. The only slight gripe I've got is when it creates a map that's the map it uses. I let it map the house, and then a week later decided I'd move the kitchen bin so it could clean where that was - it didn't, it's stubbornly decided it wasn't to go there... it's easily fixed by re-mapping and making sure EVERYWHERE is clear. I'm not overly concerned about this because it's an obvious easy software fix one day. Speaking of which there have already been an update since I've owned it - so it's definitely still getting better! The suction is excellent, the App offers so much flexibility - one quick recommendation is to customise the cleaning zones or rooms and for rooms that don't need mopping to set it to vacuum only. Don't worry, the robot detects carpet and doesn't mop carpets anyway, but what it does do is keep returning to clean the mops even if they're not actually being used (ie. when on auto); again - software should be able to fix this but you can already work around it with a bit of customisation. The mopping does a great job, it applies more pressure than most robots of it's type which basically just drag a fibre pad around - this has rotating mop pads that revolve and it's noticeable just what a great job it does. So, why the customer service comment in the review title? I had some issues after my original purchase (I paid more buying through Amazon compared to other retailers which left a slight sour taste); Amazon couldn't help unfortunately but Eufy stepped in and were absolutely superb!! So much so that I'm buying a second one of these for upstairs! A highly recommended product from a brand you can trust. Regular firmware and App updates already and it's incredible just how far the technology is moving! BRILLIANT!

This robo vac was initially superb! Easy to set up, functions worked well however after 4 months it stopped charging and would not return to docking station. Because i didnt buy direct from Eufy, even although they could verify the manufacture date and how long the product had been running through the app, they refused to help with a warranty claim or help with any trouble shooting. It seems to be a common problem with them. For4 months it was a great product but unfortunately not any more and extremely poor customer services
