Fits me and my kids with room to spare.
When I ordered them, I was nervous that they would be too small and now that I've received them I was nervous that they would be too big. However, they fit perfectly on myself, my 11-year-old and my 7-year-old. For context I used 42" braiding hair on my 11-year-old and she still has room in the cap. I recommend using a silk or satin wrap with these as they will pull the hair when putting on and taking off.

I got this for my mom she lives them she wears them all the time and she love the colours. I did a good job with this one mom is happy

Did not work for me
I do have long hair I put it up in a bun/ponytail but had trouble keeping the water out. As I continued to swim the cap would slide up exposing my hair. I had to keep pulling it down and adjusting it. It just didn't work for me.
