The LifeProWaver Vibration Plate is a device that allows you to use for overall fitness and health improvements. The first time using it improved my balance stability and strength. As I progressed through the programmed levels, I have lost 4 pounds and able to strengthen my core. For a 75yo, it has worked wonders for me, has helped stabilize my blood sugar. It is great quality and easy to move around and great quality and value. My wife is using for her lymphatic drainage with good results. We highly recommend!

Great workout machine! Just started using it and I can feel how it helps strengthen my legs and core. I like how it shakes up the body to help circulate lymph cells and blood which makes me feel better since I sit a lot for work. I do 10 min in the morning and another 10 in the early evening. The unit is a bit heavy but is sturdy and well built with easy buttons to program and shuts down when done. I didn’t realize it goes as high as 99. I’m still in the 20s until I get used to it. So far happy with my purchase!!

I have been doing many activities to increase my metabolism and help my muscles. I'm 57 and thought I would give the vibration plate a try. I decided on the Lifepro due to good reviews as well as my own research. I am very happy with this machine! It's a good size, has lots of speeds (vibration levels) and I like that I can attach ropes to it for different exercises. I've used it many times and I am very happy. I really feel like it makes me sleep better and I actually think it's helping my circulation and lymphatic drainage. I've literally used it in so many ways, lol. I stand on it, sit on it, lay on it, etc. It's so cool to have in my own home!

I’ve been using the Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate for a bit now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s incredibly easy to use, even on days when my energy is low, and it fits perfectly into my routine. The biggest win for me is how much it’s helped with my knee pain—I feel less stiffness and more stability after using it regularly.

Just received this a week ago and due to a family member’s medical issue haven’t been able to use it as religiously as I’d like. However, with that being said, I’m a 65-year-old, 119lb female and have noticed balance issues creeping up. I’ve also suffered from decades of extreme lower back pain. This is actually very nice and enjoyable to use. I will admit the first day took some getting used to, but within less than half an hour, I was pretty comfortable with using it. Instructions are great they rather general. I will be going online to search for specific videos for older adult usage. But this is a solid piece of equipment. I placed mine on a rug pad that I had left over as I have tiled floor floors. This cut down on noise and also makes it easier to move around.. I placed mine in front of the television and set an automatic timer with Alexa for doing basic simple stances. I’m able to do these all the way up to the highest speed level. But generally, I’m taking it easy until I determine how this affects my lower back. I will say after use I actually noticed the difference, though it is subtle. I’m sure with time I’ll see more positive results with my balance and possibly other aspects. For the price I think this was very well worth it.

I have no idea how I lived before I got this vibration plate. I was introduced to the product by my daughter-in-law and immediately ordered it for myself! The vibration plate is the perfect way for me to recover after my CrossFit workouts; I've not had the kind of lingering soreness that I used to have. I also find it amazingly soothing and use it as a stress reliever during the day. There is a lovely variety of pre-programmed options - so you can get a more vigorous 'shake' or something more comfortable. It's very quiet - you don't really hear it running so it doesn't bother anyone else in the room. It's a very sturdy product as well - so you don't feel like it's going to shake apart at any time. Amazing value for the money!! I am SO SO happy with this purchase!

I used it for a week and felt like it was really helping with joint pain relief. The vibration levels are smooth but powerful. It’s gentle enough for warm-ups, balance, and recovery, yet strong enough to really activate muscles during squats, planks, and standing exercises. I can feel my legs, core, and glutes working even during short sessions. As far as the product itself, I found it to be very sturdy and well made. I will update on the progress in a month or so.
