As a professional baker, this is one of the finest, dark-black cocoa powders I have used! It gives me consistently excellent results, with the richest of chocolate flavors. I use it in my signature Toasted Almond, Chocolate Fudge cookies, and several of my cheesecake flavors. A definitive recommendation!

Trying to find dark cocoa in the stores has become harder and harder. This is one I found online and gave a try. So far, it is great. I like that it is a big container and not a small one. I use it almost daily in my shakes.

Tastes much better than black dye. It does need time to develop a very dark color, I'm glad I purchased this as I bake for Cake4Kids and this powder makes it much easier to get a black color in frosting. I haven't used it to color anything else besides chocolate frosting.

It made black buttercream! This was an amazing find to help me make black buttercream without using more than 3 drops of black food coloring. No black teeth or stains 👍

Best dark cocoa available. My brownies, cakes and frosting is all better for it!

Yum! I can add this to any smoothie recipe and it tastes like oreo. It has a bit more saltiness than regular dutched cocoa which enhances the flavor. I love that I can add this to something - even if it isn’t very sweet - it tastes great. I typically add a protein powder, which has its own artificial sweeteners.

Absolutely delicious, strikingly black! Worked beautifully to make black frosting for a panda cake.
