Absolutely swear by this product, it stops a cold DEAD! I use it in conjunction with Vicks Firs Defence, but it is the coldzyme which I think stops the cold from taking hold. I used to be plagued by colds and sniffles but since using this at the first sign of a cold I take it and it really works.

This is a first class product.We have used this since it was first on the market and cannot say how many times that 'think I have a cold coming sore throat'.and by taking this product has stopped any further colds developing, Of course, it might not work for all and you need to take it at first signs of a cold not when you are layed up in bed !! The product can be kept in the handbag or pocket for ease of use. Shop around for prices as they do vary.The 7ml is poor value, get the 20 ml size. The product took longer to be delivered than I would have expected and missed the Amazon date.Having said that then it will always be in stock in our household

With my 13 year old daughter coming down with a cold right before Christmas and then my husband getting it too, I was adamant I didn’t want it for our new years getaway!!!! Took a punt and got this spray, they were ill for a week - I didn’t even get a runny nose or tickle in my throat. And I shared a bedroom with husband for the whole time he was ill. Thoroughly recommended and I will be keeping it on me through the winter months.

As a lover of all things Icelandic, I was delighted to find this product was available in the UK. Fingers crossed that it does all that it says it does in helping to avoid catching winter cold viruses and who knows what else!

I got this when COVID first started happening as it might be useful. I already used Vicks First Defence for my nose when I got colds so want to help my throat out. So far I've been lucky to avoid COVID but have still had the occasional sore throat and few squirts of this really settles things down quickly. Some reviewers mention the taste but I actually like it - reminds me of gripe water from when I was very little.

It’s just amazing product. The virus at throat goes away 99% of the times. It stop further infections and full cold. Must have item at home. I highly recommend it.
